To ensure transparency and provide an opportunity for any questions or concerns, we will be holding a special meeting on February 7th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The meeting will take place at the Ascension conference room to F. We strongly encourage your attendance as a member in good standing.
During the meeting, we will provide a comprehensive overview of the tentative agreement, including all detailed information, so that you can make an informed decision when it comes time to cast your vote. In order to facilitate the voting process, digital voter ballots will be sent out via text and email at 1:00 PM on February 7th. Voting will remain open for 24 hours or until we achieve 100% voter participation from our membership. It is important to note that only members in good standing will be eligible to attend the meeting and cast their votes.
