The referral bonus agreement for Registered Nurses (RNs) with Henry Ford Hospital has been finalized today. After extensive discussions, they confirmed that no exceptions can be made to this policy. We are sharing the relevant documents to ensure everyone has the necessary information.
Please review the following key points about the referral bonus program:
- Validity Period: The program is valid through January 1, 2026.
- System Policy: This referral bonus aligns with the Henry Ford system policy.
- Eligibility: Part-time employees are not eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- Referral Process: The current employee must generate a referral code for the prospective new employee to use during their application process (refer to the attached guide).
- Employment Duration for Bonus: The new employee must remain employed for at least 6 months from their date of hire to qualify for the first half of the bonus, and for 12 months to qualify for the full bonus.
- Payment Timing: The bonus is paid out 1-2 pay periods after completing the 12-month employment period. We recommend that referring employees keep track of the payout date and advocate for themselves accordingly.
