- Validity Period: The program is valid through January 1, 2026.
- System Policy: This referral bonus aligns with the Henry Ford system policy.
- Eligibility: Part-time employees are not eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- Referral Process: The current employee must generate a referral code for the prospective new employee to use during their application process (refer to the attached guide).
- Employment Duration for Bonus: The new employee must remain employed for at least 6 months from their date of hire to qualify for the first half of the bonus, and for 12 months to qualify for the full bonus.
- Payment Timing: The bonus is paid out 1-2 pay periods after completing the 12-month employment period. We recommend that referring employees keep track of the payout date and advocate for themselves accordingly.
